Customization of Masked Rider Kiva DX Zanbat Sword to Adult Size for Cosplay

This is another request to modify the Bandai Masked Rider Kiva DX Zanbat Sword to Adult Size. At the beginning, I am planning to add on acrylic rod then cut the shape to match the DX sword but the design on the blade will have to take a long time to create and also have to cut the groove to slide the bat. Therefore, I gave up this idea and my customer suggested to join 2 DX sword into 1! I took his idea and started the modification. It took some time for me to saw out one of the blade and also the handle. Next, I joined both blade together using heavy duty putty and super bond cyanoacrylate adhesive. Then, I repeated the same process to the handle. The next stage is the most time consuming, filing, sanding and smoothing the joints and grooves. Finally, is to paint the entire blade to metal silver colour and also the handle matt black colour(As requested by customer). So here it is, Adult Size Masked Rider Kiva Zanbat Sword!!! Now I am thinking which weapon mod coming up next???

OMG! I had never expect that this Bandai 1/100 Master Grade Destiny Gundam Extreme Blast Mode took me 5 continuous days to paint and aseemble it! It's challenging enough to build this gundam besides then building the PG 00 Raiser Gundam. Trust me, u will love to have one after seeing these pics. Enjoy!!!

Custom Workz Customized Live Size Accident Human Mannequin for (The 7th Occupational Safety + Health Exhibition Asia 2010) at Suntec City Singapore

Hereby, I would like to thanks Rich for giving me this opportunity to be part of his production team for this big event. Fyi, I am creating this human mannequin during the 7th month(chinese ghost festival). It still gives me the freaking feeling ever since the making till now. LOL...

Customization of Live Size Accident Human Mannequin for (The 7th Occupational Safety + Health Exhibition Asia 2010) at Suntec City Singapore Part 1

On top of customizing the posture of the mannequin, client also wanted it to have some part of 'his' body having some 'burned' marks and eyes bleeding to show that it's experiencing these from a chemical accident. This is one real challenge for me comparing with all other commission jobs. Here are some more detail pictures of it.

1/72 Highend Master Model Saber Tiger Zoids Paint Workz(Local Commissioned)

This is a request to paint and assemble this 1/72 Scale Full Action Highend Master Model Saber Tiger Zoid. This is my 1st time painting a zoid and I never expect that this is equivalent to a master grade gundam! Took me continuously 4 days to complete it. Very challenging indeed! Hope u will like it too!

THE FIVE STAR STORIES - FLOAT TEMPLE & CASTLE for MECHA ART MUSEUM 2010 at West Coast Plaza - Part 1

This Float Temple & Castle is sculpted and moulded by fibre glass. All details are created base on the comic drawings plus our own creation. It also have leds on the castle buildings and 2 spinning turbines that can be on/off. I would like to thanks Singapore Cosplay Club for giving me this opportunity to create this huge masterpiece for Mecha Art Museum at West Coast Plaza from 11th Sept to 31st Oct. Last night was a super long night for me as I spent 6 hours at West Coast Plaza to do some more touch up and setting up of this 'Float Temple & Castle' from 'The Five Star Stories' manga for 'Mecha Art Museum' on this coming friday. Although I am very tired but it's worth all my time after seeing it hovering in the air now. More details pics and video clip of this entire event will be up soon. So stay tuned... The Making of THE FIVE STAR STORIES FLOAT TEMPLE & CASTLE for MECHA ART MUSEUM 2010 at West Coast Plaza

I believe most mecha fans would sure know about 'The Five Star Stories' and I was given this opportunity to custom make this 'Float Temple & Castle' sculpture base on drawings in the comic books for this upcoming 'Mecha Art Museum' at West Coast Plaza on 10th Sept 2010 to 31st Oct 2010. The entire project works on a tight schedule of about a month's time only with many details that we have to produce. It's 2.2m long, 1m wide and 1m tall.
